Public beta terms.

By using MULTIPASS, you agree to these terms. The service is a beta formatting aid—not a government service, professional photographer, identity-verification provider or guarantee that an authority will accept a photo.

1. The service

The MULTIPASS website and mobile app help users crop, resize, replace backgrounds, run automated checks and prepare digital or printable document-photo layouts. Some country formats are marked as provisional because official public requirements were incomplete or unavailable. Always follow the linked issuing-authority guidance and the instructions for your specific application.

2. Eligibility and child photos

You must be at least 18 years old, or use MULTIPASS under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may use a child or baby photo only if you are the parent, legal guardian or otherwise have lawful authority and permission to do so.

3. Your photos and permissions

You keep all rights in your photos. Standard processing occurs locally. If you opt into cloud clothing editing, you authorise MULTIPASS and its image-processing provider, OpenAI, to process the selected photo to deliver your requested preview. MULTIPASS does not save these photos or previews to its database or file storage. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you select and that your use does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use MULTIPASS to impersonate another person, create fraudulent identification, evade an authority’s rules, process a photo without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.

5. Document acceptance

Automated checks and formatting are estimates. Rules differ by country, document, application route, age and issuing office, and may change without notice. MULTIPASS does not certify legal compliance or guarantee acceptance. Authorities may prohibit edited backgrounds, home printing, retouching or software-altered images even when a formatted preview looks correct.

6. Beta status and availability

The service is provided for testing and may contain errors, change, suspend features or become unavailable without notice. Save or back up anything you need before leaving or resetting the service. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or service operation.

7. Pricing and demo features

The current public beta is free. Advanced cleanup processes photos on your device and uses two demo credits only when you keep a preview. Discarding a preview or a processing failure uses no credits. Clothing editing, when the image service is connected, generates real previews and uses five demo credits when a result is kept. Failed or discarded previews use no demo credits. Cloud preview limits apply even to failed or discarded attempts. Credit balances, checkout screens and purchase confirmations are demonstrations only. No real payment is processed, no paid entitlement is created and demo credits have no monetary value. Separate purchase terms will be published before real payments are enabled.

8. Intellectual property

MULTIPASS branding, interface, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MULTIPASS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or acceptance by any issuing authority. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MULTIPASS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic loss, including rejected applications, missed appointments, travel disruption, printing costs, lost data or lost opportunity arising from use of the beta. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service or USD 10. The current beta is free. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Bahrain will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits proceedings elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact
