Philippine ePassport appointments
The Philippine Consulate in New York confirms that staff take the photograph digitally during enrolment. Face forward and follow the staff’s posing instructions. Eyeglasses and coloured contact lenses are not allowed for capture.
Visitor visa 9(A): Osaka OVAS guidance
Use a neutral expression, open eyes and a full-face view. The checklist requires no glasses or jewellery. Head height including hair is 50–69% of image height; eye level is 56–69% measured from the bottom.
